In honour of Karl on his birthday and to raise money for Bowel Cancer UK, the wonderful Emily Pike and Emily Ciavarella have set up an event on 17th October with the aim to reach 1000km by any self propelled means (walk, run, cycle, kayak, kart wheel, swim) and raise £1000 for this amazing charity. If you would like to take part, we’re asking for you to make a small donation of £15 to the fundraising page noting your name and how many kms you are aiming to achieve, then share the page far and wide with your friends and family who may wish to take part in The Big Bowel Movement too or sponsor you for this fantastic cause.
There is the option to contribute a little bit more if you opt to purchase an event T-shirt. These cost £10 for adults and £5 for kids and can be used in the future for other Big Bowel Movement events, so worth the investment! To order yours, just email us at thebigbowelmovement@gmail.com
